From teen and young adult, to moms and dads, and into your senior years, everyone has their own individual needs and goals, and everyone is treated as the individual they are. Here at Advanced Fitness, our attention to detail may be Advanced but the Fitness is for everyone!

The main advantage to training here is the private and distraction-free environment. With a private studio, the focus is on you! The trainer’s attention is 100% on you and you only, which is imperative for your safety and success!

We offer it all, with all the training tools one could ever need.  Together with your trainer, you will be able to utilize whatever will be most helpful for you.  We offer treadmills and ellipticals, kettlebells, TRX, Bosu, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, cables/machines, free weights, and more!  Let us help you live a better life!


Carl Richards*  BA, C.P.T.1, Owner                       

Carl has a multi-faceted career. Five years experience as a counselor for juvenile delinquents and over six years experience as a drug and alcohol abuse treatment facilitator. 18 years in the fitness industry, 15 of those years as a personal trainer. Carl was the fitness director for large commercial gyms in the Framingham and Worcester areas and is currently the  owner and founder of Advanced Fitness, established in 1994. He has competed in bodybuilding and ranked nationally in the National Physique Committee. His certifications include ISSA personal trainer, NDEITA core conditioning personal trainer, NDEITA functional trainer, and CPR. 




Donna Boyce  C.P.T.                            

Involved in the health and fitness industry for over 35 years. Over 12 years experience as a personal trainer, both in home and in commercial settings. Extensive education in exercise physiology, a Bachelors Degree in elementary special education, and volunteered as a tutor for the learning disabled. Her certifications include FRA personal trainer, AFAA personal trainer, and CPR.  Donna also enjoys spin cycling and golfing in her free time.



Mike Rogers   B.S.; ACE CPT; AHA BLS                        

Mike began his personal training career almost 20 years ago, when he began working part-time in commercial gyms and fitness centers throughout Massachusetts. Full-time, Mike has enjoyed working in various different industries, from social work to healthcare, but always centered on the individual.  Mike loves personalizing his workout programs specific to the individual client and delivering a unique, passionate, and effective training experience.
